Please read the following lines carefully before using this software. If you disagree with any of the following, you are not allowed to use this program. You MUST then delete it immediately.

Trial (Shareware) Version

The trial version of the Movie Selector program may be used for a 30-day period. There are no limitations upon the number of computers it is used on, or the number of different databases created on any computer. The trial version is limited to 200 movies and one custom selector. A reminder will appear each time the program is used telling you how long you have been using the program. After 30 days you are obligated to purchase or delete the program, although it will continue to operate.

Unlimited Version

Once you register and purchase the license you will be able to download the unlimited version from our website. The standard license entitles you to use the program on all the computers that you own or are connected to your local network.

Commercial Use

The standard license is valid for non-commercial purposes only. For the purpose of this agreement, commercial use will be defined as any use where the software will be transferred to a party or parties who pay you or your business for services or products, or any use within a business environment. Should the need arise for commercial use of this product we would gladly negotiate reasonable licensing terms.

Liability

The Software is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of condition, uninterrupted use, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the author of this program be liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental consequential, loss of business profits, or special damages.
